J and L Gear strives to maintain the highest level of effectiveness through the use of our newer machinery.  We have recently purchased a Mori Seiki CNC Milling Machine with on board programing.  We have equipped it with a Chick Table that allows us to repeat jobs easily, therefor taking less time.

We have also recently purchased a Mori Seiki Lathe with live tooling that allows us to make some parts that previously required 3 or 4 operations in 1 or 2.  It also helps with accuracy as parts do not need to be realigned and it removes the possibility of user load error.

We have been rebuilding our gear shaping equipment to ensure their continued accuracy.
As a family owned business we take pride in our work and we take pride in only delivering the best quality parts to our customers.

We inspect parts by hand and have a dedicated quality control department that utilizes First Article inspections, Certificates of Conformance, and Corrective Action when necessary.

We constantly monitor the quality of work being provided to us by our suppliers so you, our customer, do not need to worry about it.
With these capabilities there is almost nothing we would not be able to do for you.
